• A2. No smoking & no pets on the premises

• A4. Visitors allowed before 10:00 PM only (no overnight visitors)

(E.) ONE-TIME FEES

• E1. Cleaning & Administration Fee: $87.20 per contract
• E2. Stamp Duty: 0.4% of total rental contract value
(0.4% × Monthly Rent × Number of Months)
• Payable by tenant (common market practice)
